Erin Hall, M.Ed. (Chief Executive Officer) brings 29 years of dedicated service in public education, with leadership and instructional experience spanning elementary through high school levels. Her career reflects a deep commitment to supporting diverse learners and strengthening educational systems at every tier.

Erin has served in a variety of impactful roles, including central office administrator, assistant principal, dean of special education, virtual educator, algebra teacher, and special education teacher. Her experience also includes working as a homebound instructor and serving students within juvenile detention settings—demonstrating her unwavering dedication to meeting students where they are and ensuring equitable access to education.

Throughout her career, Erin has championed inclusive practices, academic rigor, and student-centered support systems. Her expertise includes special education leadership, instructional design, supporting diverse learners, and fostering collaborative school cultures. With experience in both middle and high school environments, she brings a comprehensive understanding of adolescent development, curriculum implementation, and program leadership.

Pamela Croft, M.Ed.

Pamela Croft, M.Ed. (Chief Academic Officer) brings 39 years of distinguished service in public education, with extensive leadership experience at both the school and district levels. Her career reflects a deep commitment to academic excellence, student advocacy, and building strong school communities.

Pamela served as a principal for 16 years and as an assistant principal for 13 years, leading middle and high schools with a focus on instructional leadership, school culture, and student achievement. Her administrative experience also includes roles as a dean, attendance officer, and central office administrator, where she supported district initiatives, recruitment efforts, and system-wide improvement strategies.

Earlier in her career, Pamela served as a special education teacher and homebound instructor, working closely with diverse learners to ensure equitable access to high-quality instruction. Her experience across multiple roles has given her a comprehensive understanding of student needs, family engagement, staff development, and operational leadership.

In addition to her work in traditional school settings, Pamela has been involved in educational travel and recruitment, expanding learning opportunities and building meaningful connections beyond the classroom. Her career is marked by
a steadfast dedication to supporting students, mentoring educators, and fostering environments where both staff and learners thrive.
