Refund Policy
Thank you for registering with Phoenix Educational Zone. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund policy to provide clear expectations regarding application fees, registration fees, and tuition payments.
Application Fee
The application fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Registration Fee
The registration fee is refundable according to the following schedule:
- Within 10 calendar days of payment: 100% refund.
- After 10 calendar days, but before the first day of classes: 50% refund.
- On or after the first day of classes: No refund.
Tuition
Tuition refunds are based on the following timeline for the upcoming school year:
- On or before July 15: 100% refund.
- After July 15, but before the first day of classes: 75% refund.
- From the first day of classes through the end of the third week of the academic term: 50% refund.
- After the third week of the academic term: No refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible. Please allow 7–14 business days for refunds to be processed, although processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Class Cancellations
If Phoenix Educational Zone cancels a class or program and no suitable alternative is offered, participants will receive a full refund of any tuition and registration fees paid for the canceled class.
Requests for Refunds
All refund requests must be submitted in writing by email or through the designated contact listed below. The effective date of the refund request will be the date it is received by Phoenix Educational Zone.
